Shipping:
Queen Midas offers worldwide, insured, free express shipping. All UK and overseas orders are shipped with DHL.
Due to international trading agreements and regulations, queenmidas.co.uk adheres to some specific shipping restrictions. Orders cannot be dispatched to Russia unless to a business address for business purposes. Customers in Russia must arrange for their shipment to be delivered outside of the Russian Federation.
Online purchases may be delivered to addresses other than the billing address given by the card holder, for example in the case of a gift being purchased and addressed to the recipient. As a security precaution, a confirmation email and invoice will be sent to the cardholder’s registered email address. All orders will require a signature upon delivery.
Most orders will be dispatched within 2 working days. Queen Midas will contact you if there is a delay.
International Taxes And Duties:
Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to local taxes and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer where they apply. If your order is held by customs, this may affect the delivery time.
Returns:
If you are unhappy with your purchase, Queen Midas will happily refund you in compliance with her policy. *Please contact her within 48 hours of receiving your goods to let her know you wish to return them. Unsuitable items must be returned within seven days of their dispatch date within the UK or within fourteen days for EU and International customers. Returns outside this window may be accepted at her discretion. Queen Midas will not be responsible for the cost of any returns or for jewellery lost or damaged in transit and advises using secure, trackable methods and couriers or companies that insure the goods. Not all methods of registered post will insure jewellery that is worth over £1,000. Postal costs of returns will only be reimbursed if the goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged but the customer will have to send photographic evidence upon receipt of them if they have been damaged in transit as Queen Midas products undergo thorough, documented checks before they are dispatched. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
For international returns, please write clearly on any export documentation and labels that the parcel contains returned goods so that Queen Midas is not charged duties and taxes on their return to the UK otherwise any costs will be passed on to the customer.
Please include any receipts in return parcels. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Queen Midas and are dependent on the necklaces being unused and in perfect condition with any labels still attached in the original packaging.
Orders are subject to availability and Queen Midas will contact you if an order is out of stock. When you order an item from queenmidas.co.uk, you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms and conditions, a contract that begins when you receive your dispatch confirmation email.
When paying with credit or debit cards, please allow time for any payment to clear. Goods will only be sent out when the transfer of funds is complete.
Queen Midas may from time to time change these Terms at her sole discretion.
